Welcome to Flower Power! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the purchase and use of turbines with artwork sold by Flower Power. By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

​

  • Buyer: The individual or entity purchasing turbines from Flower Power.

  • Seller: Flower Power, the entity providing turbines with artwork.

  • Product: Turbines adorned with custom artwork offered for sale by Flower Power.

2. Orders and Acceptance

​

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Flower Power.

  • Flower Power reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.

  • An order is considered accepted once a confirmation email is sent to the Buyer.

3. Pricing and Payment

​​

  • Prices for turbines are listed on the Flower Power website and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and any other methods specified on our website.

4. Artwork and Customization

​

  • Buyers may select from available artwork designs or request custom artwork for an additional fee.

  • Custom artwork must be approved by Flower Power before production begins.

  • Flower Power retains the right to refuse any custom artwork that it deems inappropriate or not feasible for production.

5. Fencing

​

  • FT / FP requires you to build a fence or enclosure around the wind turbines to prevent any damage to persons or property.

6. Production and Delivery

​​

  • Production times may vary based on the complexity of the artwork and turbine specifications.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.

  • Flower Power is not liable for delays in delivery caused by external factors beyond its control.

7. Shipping and Handling

​

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Buyers are responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and reporting any damages or discrepancies within 7 days.

8. Returns and Refunds

​

  • Custom artwork turbines are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Standard turbines may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused and original condition for a full refund minus shipping costs.

  • To initiate a return, contact Flower Power customer service for a return authorization number.

9. Warranty

​

  • Flower Power warrants that the turbines will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Any warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

  • Environmental Conditions: Indoor or Sheltered Exposure: If the turbine is kept indoors or in a sheltered environment, the artwork will be much better protected. Under these conditions, the artwork could last significantly longer, potentially 40-50 years or more with proper maintenance. In less ideal conditions, with outdoor exposure, the lifespan might be closer to 20-30 years. 

  • Maintenance Process:Wet Sanding:  The longevity of the artwork on an ABS plastic turbine, given the process of hydro-dipping, wet sanding, and re-coating with a clear urethane sealant every eight years, If done carefully, wet sanding will smooth out any imperfections and prepare the surface for a new coat without removing too much of the artwork.Clear Urethane Sealant: Re-coating with a high-quality clear urethane sealant every six years will protect against UV light, moisture, and other environmental factors. The quality of the sealant is crucial; high-quality, UV-resistant sealants will offer better protection and extend the lifespan of the artwork. Regular inspections and touch-ups as needed can also help in extending the artwork's lifespan.

10. Intellectual Property

​

  • All artwork and designs provided by Flower Power are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Buyers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the artwork on the purchased turbine.

  • Reproduction, modification, or distribution of the artwork without prior written consent from Flower Power is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

  • Flower Power’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • Flower Power is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

12. Governing Law

​

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

 

 

13. Amendments

  • Flower Power reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
